Agile Contruction™ |

The risks associated with construction are increasing each year as the work available within the construction marketplace is shifting. The services requested by high-tech and environmentally conscientious customers for current hyper-markets are shifting the entire construction landscape. To strengthen the construction industry in the face of changing markets, the federal government has instituted laws, such as TAMRA in 1986, allowing flexibility on revenue recognition for labor productivity, billing and taxation purposes. Until now financial and managerial aids for project, labor and financial management represent the pre-TAMRA era. To fully take advantage of these laws and other opportunities to mitigate risk and increase profitability, contractors need to have tools and processes that will focus on each of the following key areas of their business:
