Agile Contruction™ |
Agile Construction™ is the application of WEM™ to construction. MCA has demo versions of Agile Contruction™ applications available below for your review. The risks associated with construction are increasing each year as the work available within the construction marketplace is shifting. The services requested by high-tech and environmentally conscientious customers for current hyper-markets are shifting the entire construction landscape. To strengthen the construction industry in the face of changing markets, the federal government has instituted laws, such as TAMRA in 1986, allowing flexibility on revenue recognition for labor productivity, billing and taxation purposes. Until now financial and managerial aids for project, labor and financial management represent the pre-TAMRA era.
