JPAC® (Job Productivity Assurance and Control) is a computer-enabled process for predicting the profitability of a project. It is based upon simple, in-field measurements. It provides trend analysis across the company, by department, job, and cost code in order to predict project profitability. It allows action to be taken early in the project life cycle to prevent the typical work-in-process “write downs” that occur and surprise everyone once a job is completed. |
