The JPAC can be used for almost any project as a resource tracking and estimating process, whether that resource is material, money, or man hours spent on the project. Using a simple, straight-forward formula, the JPAC can take input from your company, and estimate the length of time that it will take you to complete a project. It can also calculate the productivity of the project, and help your company find solutions for a job that is falling behind. After the job is complete, the JPAC can again be used in determining how far off your previous estimation was, and what you need to do to increase your estimation hit ratio.
