The MCAA (Mechanical Contractors Association of America) hosted a one-day workshop featuring Dr. Perry Daneshgari's research on the Operational Model for Maximizing Profitability. This workshop focused on how productivity improvement principles that have been used in the automotive, manufacturing, and other industries could be applied to the mechanical contracting industry. This workshop included managers and employees from ten mechanical contracting companies in the Washington D.C. area.
